IMPORTANT DATES (2009 – 2010)

Ø      Registration for admission open for the session 2009 – 2010

Ø      Pre – Board examination for VIII & X starts from 16^th Jan. 2009.

Ø      Teachers from Aylesbury High School, England arrive in February 2009 on Staff Development exchange programme.

Ø      Parent teacher meeting for Pre Nursery to X – on 7^th Feb. 2009.

Ø      T. Fee of February & March to be deposited on or before 10^th Feb. 2009.

Ø      Final examination for classes Pre – Nursery to VII & IX commences from 18^th Feb. 2009.

Ø      Result of  Pre – Nursery to K.G – 07^th March, 2009

Ø      Books/stationary for classes Nursery to I will be available only on 07^th March, 2009

Ø      Result of 1^st to VII and IX  – 9^th  March, 2009

Ø      Books/stationary for classes II to X will be available only on 9^th March, 2009.

Ø      Please note that the school takes no responsibility for supply of books on any date other than those mentioned above. As we will commence classes from 16^th March, it will be in the best interest of your child to procure the books on the date(s) given.

 

SESSION 2009 – 2010

Ø      Annual charges, CAL fee and Science fee for session 2009 – 2010 to be deposited on or before  

     14^th March, 2009

Ø      School commences new session for classes  Nursery to X on 16^th March, 2009

Ø      Admission test for new admission to classes Ist to Xth : 11^th March, 2009 & 13^th March, 2009

Ø      Parent teacher meeting 18^th April, 2009

Ø      Ist terminal examination starts on 8^th May, 2009

Ø      T. Fee of May and June to be deposited on or before 10^th May, 2009

Ø      Result of the first terminal examination on 20^th May, 2009

Ø      Trip to U.K on Exchange program for students/staff leaves on 29^th May, 2009

Ø      School closes for summer vacation:

            Pre – Nursery to VII and IX : 23^rd May, 2009

            VIII & X : 1^st June, 2009

Ø      School reopens at 7:50 am for all classes on 6^th July, 2009

Ø      Parent teacher meeting on 22^nd August, 2009

Ø      Teacher’ Day : 5^th Sept. 2009

Ø      Half yearly examination commences on 10^th Sept. 2009

Ø      Result of Half yearly examination on 26^th Sept. 2009

Ø      Students/staff from partner schools in UK will arrive in October 2009

Ø      Sports Day : 14^th November 2009

Ø      December test starts on 7^th December, 2009

Ø      Result of December test : 19^th December, 2009

Ø      Christmas party : 23^rd December, 2009

Ø      School closes for winter break : 23^rd December, 2009
